Simone Biles

Simone Biles (born on March 14, 1997 Columbus Ohio U.S.A.) American Gymnast considered one the sport's best athletes. The 2016 Olympics took place at Rio de Janeiro and Biles was one of the U.S.'s the first gymnast of female gender to win 4 gold medals. She also won the title of world champion for all-around 3 times in succession (2013-15). Biles along with her younger sister Adria was adopted from Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles' grandparents in Spring Texas (in the Houston area), grew up there. Simone's fascination with gymnastics started when she was just six years old after a visit with her group of daycare children to Bannon Gymnastix. Simone remained with Aimee Borman's coaching until 2011. Biles won a gold in floor exercise and a bronze in vault at the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships in 2010 before breaking into the elite level of competition in the year 2011. In just two years, she won the event. Biles's consistency, her exuberant character and her high level of difficulty during her four eventsvault uneven bars balance beam floor workout and floor exercise -- set her out from the rest of the athletes.
