Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her incredible fianc JP in Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky dad. Most people know me through my Instagram @annephung where I document my life - highs, lows, and all in between. When I was in 1990, I moved to America together with my brother and parents when I turned one-and-half. If it wasn't for my parents' devotion to perseverance and sacrifice, I probably wouldn't even be here sharing my journey. In order to give them the chance to have a prosperous future, I focused on success and worked hard to get there. It was my plan to go to school to graduate, and then get an employment that was good. After that, I was looking for an empathetic wife and children. This was my vision of what success would look like. But the reality of life changed my ideas. It was 2013 when I realized that I was not happy being in my job as a corporate employee. The status and the money didn't not excite me. I thought I wasted my time to earn money. I was passionate about exercising and enjoyed getting out and about with friends. while I walked this new path in life I found my calling in personal training. The year 2014 was the year that I established my company and it will be the 7th anniversary of my company by 2021. As a Asian woman in the industry, there are a few of us. In order to be an innovator in my field and provide quality coaching to enable others to achieve an improved and happier life by establishing a life that is tailored to suit their requirements and help them achieve their objectives. Additionally, I would like everyone to be able to follow their dreams and be able to achieve whatever it is they wish for in life. When my business was taking off I also lost my mom. It was the most devastating of them everything. Following an 8-year battle with Scleroderma, she is at peace on Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and always keep her in my thoughts as well as my heart. The lessons of life often go unnoticed, but they can be very useful. My mother's unexpected death that shaped me for good. In my opinion, I was given a second chance at life. Her death occurred in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin her next life and give me a second chance of living the most happy, joyful and meaningful life. My 30's are the first moment that I feel as if that I'm alive. As I tell my story, I hope that my words will resonate with you. It is my wish to aid you in understanding that you're never alone. You have the potential to accomplish whatever you want to achieve. My hope is to live your life at the highest level and not have regrets in your final days. The death of a person is the only certainty in life.
