Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler, a Z-grade movie reviewer, is known for her sarcastic appreciation for stupid action as well as horror films. The reviewer began her journey in the latter half of 2009 and after gaining some recognition through the forums (under the old name Obscurus Lupa) she joined the ranks of the Channel Awesome family. Her site remained up until the early days of 2015, when Obscurus Lupa Presents retooled to Movie Nights. Two of her podcasts are co-hosted and covering Charmed. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. She can be seen kicking her thighs on the screen as Interpol ninja Cheetah Lee from Ninja the Mission Force. Brad Jones' film Jesus Bro! also starred her. The appearances she made during Midnight Screenings were usually reviews of terrible films for kids or RiffTrax however, she also appeared in the odd adult comedy. In 2009, after reviewing films the actress gained popularity on Channel Awesome's forums. After joining the official family of Channel Awesome reviewers, she was a household name. She has appeared on a variety of Channel Awesome programs, from Atop the Fourth Wall and Phelous & the Movies to Atop the Fourth Wall. She used to be a member in the Channel Awesome Family alongside Doug Walker She would also be seen on numerous episodes of the Nostalgia Critic.
